Q. How big is your truck? A. Our truck is 24’ long and 13’ high Q. How many items can I treat in one cycle? A. Since infested items require sufficient air flow to have an effective treatment, you cannot pack the truck as you would a moving truck. A good estimate is enough contents to fill a small one-bedroom apartment, excluding clothing but including books, shoes, and a mattress, box spring, sofa, headboard, night stand etc. Q. Can I submit boxes with items in them to be treated? A. Yes and No. It depends on the amount of items and the density of them. Q. How do I load the items on to the truck? A. Either directly on to it or up a graduated ramp. Q. How do I know where to place the items on the truck? A. Our technicians are extremely knowledgeable and will guide you with regard to placement of items. Q. Do you use chemicals in the treatment process? A. No, we are eco friendly and treat using only high temperatures. Q. How do I know that there are no bed bugs or other insects in your truck when you come to my site? A. Our truck is cleaned and inspected before coming to each new site. Q. I am a landlord and one of my tenants has told me their furniture is infested. Will this treatment help them save their assets? A. Yes, depending on the level of infestation. Q. How much does your service cost? A. Our pricing is very competitive and affordable to most. The only variables are the travel distance and the amount of time to load the truck and perform the treatment. Q. How many loads can I do in one day? A. That depends on how many items you have. A typical treatment cycle lasts about 4 hours: one hour to load the truck, two hours to treat and one hour to unload the truck. Q. Can I rent your truck for multiple days’ treatment? A. Absolutely. Q. Do you take credit cards? A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
